1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad
2. Search for "Paris Sportz"
3. Tap "Get" to download the app for free
4. Once installed, tap "Open" to start using the app

The app requires iOS 15.0 or later and is optimized for iPhone.

Yes! Paris Sportz is completely free to download and use. There are no hidden fees, subscriptions, or in-app purchases. Our mission is to help everyone in Paris find accessible sports venues.

To filter venues by sport type:

1. Tap the filter icon (three lines) in the top right corner
2. Select "Sports" from the filter options
3. Choose one or more sports you're interested in
4. Tap "Done" to apply the filters

You can select multiple sports to see venues that offer any of your chosen activities.

To save a venue to your favorites:

1. Find a venue you want to save
2. Tap the star icon on the venue card or detail page
3. The star will turn yellow, indicating it's saved
4. Access all favorites from the "Favorites" tab

To remove a favorite, simply tap the yellow star again.

Enabling location services allows Paris Sportz to:

• Show venues nearest to you first
• Calculate exact distances to each venue
• Estimate walking times
• Filter venues within a specific distance

Your location is never stored or shared - it's only used while the app is open.

Yes! Paris Sportz works without location services. You can still:

• Browse all venues in Paris
• Filter by arrondissement
• Search for specific venues or sports
• View venue details and schedules
• Save favorites

You just won't see distance information or be able to sort by proximity.

All venue information comes from the official Paris Open Data portal, maintained by the City of Paris. This includes municipal sports facilities and partner associations. We update our database regularly to ensure accuracy.

To contact a venue:

1. Tap on the venue to view its detail page
2. Scroll down to "Contact & Registration"
3. Tap the phone number to call directly
4. Or tap the email address to send an email

Contact information is provided by the venues and may vary by location.

If Paris Sportz is running slowly, try these steps:

1. Close and reopen the app
2. Check your internet connection
3. Update to the latest version from the App Store
4. Restart your device
5. Ensure you have enough storage space

If issues persist, please contact our support team.

If venues aren't loading:

1. Check your internet connection
2. Pull down to refresh the venue list
3. Check if you have filters applied that might hide venues
4. Try clearing all filters
5. Ensure the app has permission to use cellular data
